- Anticipate market conditions - Pentad has always seen the future before the crowds. In 1972, before US60 had even reached the remote area of Arizona’s Superstition Mountains, we saw what others did not. What we saw became Gold Canyon, and the surrounding area now is one of the fastest growing in the West. With the development of Superstition Views by the State Land Department, it will soon grow even faster. Pentad saw the potential where others saw only problems.
- Acquire emerging properties - Pentad has always been an early adopter. Pecan Creek was an 800-acre pecan grove with no significant development in the area. Pentad acquired the property because our analysis of the area suggested that transportation corridors and difficulties in surrounding municipalities would entice builders to Pinal County. Four years before the boom hit this area, Pentad acquired this property far below current market levels.
- Successful Entitlement - Pentad has spent 30 years working with local governments to plan and zone property.
- First to Market - Pentad’s strength of anticipating market trends allows us to acquire property before the market and then bring that property to market first.
- Deliver significant returns - The end result of vision, acquisition, entitlement, and first to market is only defined as successful when our partners reap the benefits.
